3. Organizational division of labor and requirements (1) The green supply chain information disclosure platform is an information platform and an important management tool for the company's green supply chain management. (2) In accordance with the principle of "unified management, hierarchical maintenance, and authorized operation", establish the company's green supply chain information disclosure platform. Review the relevant document system of the unit's green supply chain management, and complete the scanning, uploading and registration of relevant documents; 3. Summarize and feedback the use and management of the company's green supply chain information disclosure platform, and cooperate with the functional modules and operation of the office information disclosure platform. 4. Regularly publish the management rating of key suppliers, the environmental information of key suppliers, and the implementation effectiveness of green procurement. 5. 6. Management and supervision of information disclosure platforms

(1) The relevant management personnel of the company must strictly follow the requirements of the platform's standardized operation process and complete the upload and archiving of documents such as the system in the green supply chain management on time. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system, a special inspection and assessment mechanism for the information platform is established.

(2) Strictly manage the operation and management of the information platform. For those who do not strictly follow the relevant systems and process specifications of the information platform, and in any of the following circumstances, the person in charge of the system platform and the administrator of the system platform of the responsible unit shall be assessed 50 points (1,000 points) respectively:

1. Failure to update the relevant data of the green supply chain in a timely manner;

2. Issued after being submitted for approval without review;

3. Failure to release relevant documents of green supply chain on time;

For those who do not conscientiously perform their duties, seriously violate the relevant provisions of information platform management, and have an impact on the platform database, the person in charge of platform management and the system administrator of the responsible unit shall be assessed 50~100 points (1,000 points) respectively, and included in the annual performance evaluation.

(3) If the company's information platform is managed in an orderly manner and the platform database is well maintained, the relevant operations of the information platform and the monthly salary assessment rewards for management personnel can be given.

(4) Confidential documents related to the company are not allowed to be posted on the information platform, and they are not allowed to be provided to unrelated personnel inside or outside the company at any time. Leaks are a serious matter. The relevant operators and management responsible persons of the platform at all levels must strictly do a good job in the confidentiality of the company's green supply chain management information disclosure platform.
